At Chris Brooks Dog Training, we’re committed to providing high-quality, supportive 1-to-1 training for you and your dog. We’re confident in our service and want you to feel reassured when booking.
Dog training works best as a partnership, so our money-back guarantee is based on the following fair conditions:
You attend all booked 1-to-1 sessions
You follow the training advice and practise consistently at home
You keep us informed if you’re struggling, so we can help and adapt the plan
If you’ve met these conditions and feel the training hasn’t been delivered to a professional standard, you may request a refund in writing within 7 days of your final session.
Please note:
Refunds apply to training fees only (consultations, deposits, and equipment are non-refundable)
Results can’t be guaranteed, as every dog and situation is different
Behaviour issues such as aggression or severe anxiety are excluded unless agreed in writing
